Gustave Viennet took over the estate from his father in 1999 while in his thirties. Having studied oenology and wine growing in Beaune (BPREA) and gaining an MBA in Barcelona he continues to discover new techniques and methods through work with French, Australian, New Zealand and Spanish oenologists. Gustave and his team, create wines with tradition and “savoir- faire”, always paying attention to the soils and each vineyard’s individual strengths. Although traditional, Gustave is creative and his aim is quality and pleasure.
